Heaven on Earth Author to speak at EBWS
 

February 25th at 7pm: Shariffa Oppenheimer, author of Heaven on Earth: A Handbook for Parents of Young Children and long-time Waldorf Early Childhood expert and teacher, will be discussing Healthy Brain Development. Come learn the fundamentals of healthy brain development, and how to cultivate this environment in your home. Cost: Free (Donations Welcome); Open to the Public. Please RSVP here.

Take in a magical puppet show with your child in the welcoming, home-like atmosphere of our early childhood rooms. The Mask You Live In follows boys and young men as they struggle to stay true to themselves while negotiating America’s narrow definition of masculinity.

The film ultimately illustrates how we, as a society, can raise a healthier generation of boys and young men. Film to be screened and followed by a hosted conversation.
