Earth Stewardship – Recognizes the guiding deep love of the land and earth expressed in our community-wide vision building work. Commits to thorough research into how to embody this in our school.
Community Stewardship – Identifies ways to support the needs of community individuals, the diverse cultures and backgrounds that are drawn here. And ways to strengthen the community bonds internally and externally.
Education and Program Excellence – Refers to the pedagogical and extra curricular programs we offer to our students. These incorporate the beauty of the traditional Waldorf curriculum, with programs that are relevant to living in a contemporary world.
Site Stewardship – Commits us to completing a Master Site plan for permanent building and landscaping on our campus.
Leadership and Governance – Refers to governing bodies, committees, clarity in communication and day-to-day decision making.
Financial Sustainability - Refers to financial planning, management, sound business practices and communication of finances.
Fund Development – Refers to fund raising, including annual fund, fund raising outside of the school community, capital campaign, and developing external communication protocols to support philanthropic activities.
